When we think of Health Care, we think of the nurses. They are the front line, the support team, the caregivers. . . all of those wonderful women and men who give and give and give.

But, what do they do when they have given it all, go home to sleep and return to another shift of giving? It's a hard and stressful job where oftentimes, even their own colleagues do not support them. No wonder we hear so much about the nursing shortage.

We can do something about this situation. We have developed a system that will support nurses, giving them the tools to manage their stress, recharge when necessary and consistently provide the quality of care they truly want to.

We’re more than just saying “thank you” to all the wonderful nurses in this important industry. We want to make a difference in their lives and, by doing so, improve the healthcare industry — one nurse at a time. We call it "trickle up healthonomics!"

The name of the company is KNECnet, LLC the Keeping Nurses Engaged Community network.

Deb Savage, RN, MSN is a Nurse, Nurse Educator and a Certified Professional Coach. She is our Industry Specialist and Director of Coaching.

Juli Burney, MA is a Communication Specialist, Motivational Humorist and Author. She delivers the right balance of helpful information and attention getting humor. She is our Executive Director and Director of Onsite Training.

T. Marni Vos, RGS is a Humorist and Motivational Speaker. Through laughter and communication she continues to educate people in all walks of life to meet their challenges with a light heart and the echo of laughter. She is our Director of Productivity and Creativity.

Bonnie Coffey is a Certified Professional Coach as well as a public relations, marketing and sales professional. A former radio talk-show host, Bonnie continues her love of words as a columnist, keynoter, trainer, and author. She is our Director of Business & Public Relations.

Paula Fehringer is a marketing and information technology specialist. She is our Director of Finance, Director of Marketing and Director of Technology.
